Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you so much for supporting RebelStars. All of our products are made-to-order, created just for you when an order is placed. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, wrong product, or changing your mind after purchase.

Your satisfaction is still incredibly important to us, so please read the policy below for how we handle issues.


Returns & Exchanges

Because RebelStars uses print-on-demand production (Printify/Printful), we only accept returns or offer replacements in cases where:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item arrives defective
  • The item arrived incorrect (wrong item, wrong print, wrong variant)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Ordering the wrong size or style
  • Color differences due to screen variations
  • Items that have been worn or washed

All orders are custom-printed just for you, so our return policy reflects the policies of our production partners.


Reporting an Issue (14–30 Day Window)

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or up to 30 days if your item arrived late or internationally).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once we receive your message, we’ll review the claim and coordinate with our print provider to resolve it quickly.


Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
  • A refund processed back to your original payment method
  • In some cases, a store credit (if preferred)

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Because Printify/Printful do not accept returned merchandise, you do not need to ship items back to us unless we specifically request it.


Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address at checkout, or if the package was marked as “delivered” but cannot be located:

  • We will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier
  • Replacements for address errors or lost packages are not covered by our shop or Printify/Printful
  • A new order may be placed at the customer’s cost

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After production begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.


Return Address

Because returns are not physically accepted by our print providers, please do not send items back unless instructed.

If needed, returns will be directed to our business address after approval.
