Thank you for supporting RebelStars. Every item in our shop is made-to-order, which helps reduce waste and ensures your art is created just for you. Because of this, our shipping timelines include a processing period before production and delivery.

All orders require 5–7 business days for processing before they ship.

This processing window includes:

  • Order verification
  • Printing & production
  • Quality checks
  • Packaging

Most orders ship sooner (2–4 days), but we use a 5–7 day window to ensure we can handle peak times, holiday delays, and supplier variations.

✦ Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days
• International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping times vary based on carrier, location, customs, and seasonal demand. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

✦ Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Product type
  • Current carrier rates

Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions.

✦ Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find your package:

  • Check with neighbors
  • Check alternate mailboxes or parcel lockers
  • Contact your local post office

If the package was mis-delivered by the carrier, we will assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacements for delivery errors.

✦ Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address:

  • We can reship it after the original shipping cost is repaid
  • Replacements or refunds cannot be issued for address errors

✦ Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at: rebelstars.studio@gmail.com.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace the item or issue a refund as appropriate.

✦ International Customs & Fees

International shipments may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We cannot predict or reimburse customs fees.

✦ Made-to-Order Production

Because all RebelStars products are created on demand through professional print partners, orders cannot be canceled or changed once production begins (usually within 2 hours of purchase).
